About Me
Hello my name is Stephen McAvoy. I am Based in Silchester, situated between Basingstoke, Newbury and Reading. Treatments will be either at my home clinic in Silchester or the Treament Room at the Hurst Lesiure Centre in Baughurst. Home visits can be arranged at an extra charge. My experiences include various endurance events supervising other practioners and students and in addition pre and post match treaments for 1st team players at Reading Football Club |

Sporting Activities |
I enjoy keeping fit and am a keen runner who is not going to break any records! I have competed in several marathons, half marathons, cross country races and triathlons. I therefore understand the frustrations aches and pains that we suffer and how to recover to full fitness or, more importantly, avoid injury in the first place. |
